Subject: Update – Swissport's Canada employees on strike

Swissport Canada employees responsible for refuelling aircraft have been on strike since December 31. The contingency plan deployed by Swissport Canada is still operational and managers are continuing to refuel aircraft at YUL and YMX.

ADM would like to reassure passengers that operations are being maintained at the airport, but advises travellers to always check the status of a flight before coming to the airport.

ADM Aéroports de Montréal regrets that passengers at YUL Montréal-Trudeau International Airport are still caught in the middle of the labour dispute between Swissport Canada and its employees responsible for refuelling aircraft.

YUL’s operations coordination centre is activated and monitoring the situation around the clock. Airport Patrol and the Montréal police force (SPVM) have deployed measures to ensure the safety and continuity of operations.
