Adding access
Access is granted to employees based on their occupation. Any request to add accesses on a pass must be submitted in writing to the APO by an authorized signing officer. The request will be studied by the APO and access will be granted if the request is accepted. A delay is to be expected for the addition of access, depending on the type of request and the type of access required.

I need to return a pass to the APO. What should I do?

You do not need an appointment to return a pass to the APO. If you arrive during opening hours, simply go to the reception desk to hand over your pass. A receipt will be given to you. After opening hours, simply drop off the pass in the night drop box, but no receipt will be given. It is also possible to mail the pass to the address below, but no receipt will be given.

If you must drive a vehicle in the restricted area as part of your employment, you must obtain an airside vehicle operator’s permit (AVOP). Refer to the Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit page for the procedure to follow.

The pass must always reflect your employer and your occupation. Following any change, you must obtain a new pass. To do this, you will have to go to the APO, by appointment (Biometry). Refer to the Appointment Booking page for more information and to view the list of required documents. You cannot use a pass from your previous employer in your new job.

The pass must always reflect your employer and your occupation. If you have more than one job at the airport, you must obtain a new pass. To do this, you will have to go to the APO, by appointment (Biometry). Refer to the Appointment Booking page for more information and to view the list of required documents. You cannot use a pass issued in the name of a single employer if you work for multiple employers.
