The Airport Patrol’s Administration and Permits Office manages the various security components for access to the restricted area, as well as Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permits (AVOP).

Appointment Booking

Most of the APO’s service are offered via appointment. Before booking an appointment, make sure that you have all the required documents and select the right type of appointment.
  • Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit

    To operate a vehicule inside an airport's restricted area, a driver's license issued by ADM is required.

  • TSS Portal

    Transport Canada is deploying a new Web portal for processing Transportation Security Clearance Applications (TSCA). This portal replaces the electronic signatures via Docusign.

    For appointments at YUL, time slots are posted on the platform as of 3:30 p.m. every day. Due to heavy traffic starting at 3:30 p.m., you may have to refresh the page a few times to get an appointment.
