To open a company file, you must complete the Company file form. A letter of introduction, operating agreement, identification documents, and proof of criminal background check must be attached to the form.
The letter of introduction should contain the following information:

The nature of the activities

The number of employees working at the airport (current and planned)

Where employees will work

The companies with which the company has agreements or partnerships, as well as their duration.
The package must be sent by mail to the address below or dropped off at the APO in person. For the opening of a file, the documents cannot be sent in electronic version. Signatures and initials must be handwritten.
