An employee holding a RAIC issued by another airport who works at YUL on a non-regular basis can have their RAIC registered in the APO’s systems. The employee must go to the APO reception counter, without an appointment. The process varies depending on the type of pass:
Crew: you will need to bring your RAIC, and the Request for Airport Pass form duly filled and signed by an authorized signing officer.
Other than crew: you will need to bring your RAIC, the Request for Airport Pass form duly filled and signed by an authorized signing officer, and the two certificates of achievement (Module 1 and 2) of the “Security Awareness Program” online training (www.BAPEXAM.ca).
