Changes on the Aéroports de Montréal Board of Directors

Aéroports de Montréal (ADM) announces changes to its corporate governance. Réal Raymond has expressed his intention not to seek a third term as a director and in mid-October will leave the Board of Directors, which he has also chaired since September 15, 2010. Normand Legault, a director of the Corporation for the past five years, has been elected to succeed Mr. Raymond as Chair of the Board, effective today.
