Management Committee

ADM’s Executive Committee is made up of senior executives recognized for their expertise in their respective fields. In addition to the President and CEO, the Committee comprises eight Vice Presidents: Legal Affairs, Real Estate Affairs and Corporate Secretariat; Public Affairs and Sustainability; Human Capital; Airport Operations and Air Services Development; Airport Infrastructure; Finance and Administration, and Chief Financial Officer; Technology and Innovation; Services and Business Operations, as well as an Executive Vice President and Special Advisor to the President and CEO.

Yves Beauchamp
President and CEO

Yves Beauchamp has been President and Chief Executive Officer of ADM Aéroports de Montréal since September 5, 2023. Prior to that, he was Vice Principal, Administration and Finance, at McGill University. Under his leadership, members of his team accelerated the revitalization and renovation of the university’s buildings and infrastructure. He has also served as Director General of the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) and as Vice-Rector responsible for the development of the Université de Montréal’s new Outremont campus. His contributions in these positions placed him at the centre of the most important development projects of the university network in recent decades.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a master’s degree in industrial safety and hygiene from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, and a doctorate in industrial engineering from West Virginia University. Over the course of his career, he has received numerous awards and acknowledgements, including the member of the Order of Canada, the Knight of the National Order of Québec, the Médaille de l’Assemblée Nationale of the Government of Québec, and a recognition from the Order of Engineers of Québec for outstanding achievement in research and teaching. He was named a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, of which he was President, and was awarded both Queen Elizabeth II Golden and Diamond Jubilee Medals.

Réal Bouchard
Vice President, Airport Infrastructure

Réal Bouchard joined the ADM team in April 2024 as Vice President, Airport Infrastructure. With over 25 years’ experience in asset management and complex engineering projects, he has a track record of significant achievements. He joins the organization from Kruger, where he was Corporate Director, Engineering and Technologies, responsible for managing major projects from conception to construction. His achievements in this role included the commissioning of two new P&P plants in Sherbrooke (Québec) and Kentucky (USA), involving teams of over 200 people each.

He previously worked for Rio Tinto as Manager, Operations and Maintenance and Director of Major Projects. He also worked for AbitibiBowater and Domtar as Manager of Engineering and Maintenance.

Recognized for his collaborative leadership style, Réal Bouchard holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, where he also completed a master’s degree in project management.

Karl Brochu
Vice President, Airport Operations and Air Services Development

Karl Brochu has been with ADM Aéroports de Montréal for over 25 years. Prior to his recent appointment as Vice-President, Airport Operations and Development, he held the position of Senior Director, Operations, Safety and Security. He has nearly 35 years' experience in operations management, law enforcement and emergency measures. An experienced leader accustomed to complex environments, he actively contributes to the advancement and influence of the airport industry, notably through his participation in ACI World's Safety and Technical Standing Committee. He is also an expert in airport safety and security for ACI World's APEX program.

He began his career in the Canadian Armed Forces as a military police officer, and had the privilege of commanding an international military police unit with the UN during his service.

Mr. Brochu holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Université Laval. He is also a graduate of Concordia University's Global ACI-ICAO Airport Professional Accreditation Program and Airport Executive Leadership Program. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Réseau québécois des aéroports (RQA).

Viviane Choi
Vice President, Technology and Innovation

Viviane Choi was appointed Vice President, Technology and Innovation, at ADM in April 2024. She has nearly 25 years of experience in information technology, leading global, multidisciplinary teams. During her career, she has held leadership positions in IT operations, IT domain architecture and IT business engineering across multiple industries.

Most recently, she was Vice President, Cloud Information Technology, Infrastructure and Quality Engineering at Definity. She has also held important positions at Intact Assurance and CGI, where she built and led a team of 600 people in India, the Philippines, the United States, France and Canada as the company developed its cloud solutions services.

Viviane Choi is recognized for her energetic, engaging and inspiring leadership and her collaborative business partner approach. She holds an EMBA from McGill-HEC Montréal.

Sylvain Choinière
Vice President, Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary and
Vice President, Real Estate Affairs

Sylvain Choinière has been Vice President, Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary at Aéroports de Montréal since September 2018. In this role he is responsible for the airport authority's legal strategy and coordinates, in parallel, all relations and meetings with the Board of Directors. He is also in charge of the authority's insurance portfolio and real estate asset management. Since the beginning of 2021, as Vice President, Real Estate Affairs, he has been managing the real estate development strategy for the YUL Montréal-Trudeau Airport and YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel sites.

A lawyer since 2004, he worked in the real estate field for more than 10 years in key positions, both at Devimco as Director of Legal Affairs and then as Vice President, and at Transport Canada as Manager of Real Estate Strategies. He also worked with the Montreal law firm De Grandpré Chait in commercial litigation, as well as in Asia in the field of business immigration and international investment.

Sylvain Choinière holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa and a B.A. in Geography and Leisure Studies. He was a member of the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve between 1998 and 2006. He has held a pilot’s licence since 1995.

Myrrha Dubé
Vice President, Human Capital

Myrrha Dubé joined the ADM Aéroports de Montréal team in February 2010 and became Vice President, Human Capital, in March 2022. In this capacity, she is responsible for the team that specializes in the establishment of various strategies and actions related to human resources. In this role, she promotes the importance of employees and the recognition of their essential contribution to the success of the organization. She organizes the activities of her vice-presidency with this in mind in order to benefit from the collective strength of human resources available to ADM.

During her career at ADM, Myrrha Dubé has contributed to the realization of major human resources projects, including the implementation of new compensation structures, the renewal of numerous collective agreements, the transformation of the OH&S culture, and the establishment of a corporate health and wellness program. 

A 2005 graduate of the Université de Montréal’s School of Industrial Relations, and member of Québec’s professional order of certified human resources specialists (CRHA), Myrrha Dubé began her career with a central labor organization as a union consultant. During her time in the union, she negotiated more than 70 collective agreements which allowed her to acquire in-depth expertise in labour relations and the legal aspects of the workplace.

Aymeric Dussart
Vice President, Finance and Administration, and Chief Financial Officer

Aymeric Dussart has been Vice-President, Finance and Administration, and Chief Financial Officer at Aéroports de Montréal since July 2023.

With a wealth of experience in the airport industry, Mr. Dussart has been with ADM for over 11 years. He has served as Vice President, Technology and Innovation, since January 2020, when ADM added this new position to its management committee. In this position, he was responsible for all IT activities at the airport authority. Prior to that, he held various positions within ADM’s Finance vice-presidency, roles related to market analysis, strategic planning and business data management. 

Before joining ADM, he worked in the energy field at Hydro-Québec where he was in charge of systems in support of electricity brokerage activities. Aymeric Dussart holds a master’s degree in economics from Université de Montréal and a master’s degree in information technology from HEC Montréal.

He is also a member of the Board of Cœliaque Québec, a non-profit organization whose mission is to make life easier for people with celiac disease and those around them.

Martin Massé
Vice President, Public Affairs and Vice President, Sustainability

Martin Massé has been Vice President, Public Affairs, since March 2018 and Vice President, Sustainability since May 2021. Over the last 20 years, he has worked in Québec, elsewhere in Canada and in Europe, advising executives in both the public and private sphere on strategic and complex files in the transport, infrastructure and commercial real estate sectors. His wide range of experience has enabled him to develop considerable expertise in transport industry and economic development issues, as well as Montreal’s challenges, which will benefit ADM. His responsibilities placed him at the heart of major files, including the reform of public transit governance in the Greater Montréal.

Before joining Aéroports de Montréal’s team, he held  strategic and decision-making positions in the Québec and Montreal public sectors, including as Vice-President, Policy and Partnerships, at the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal, special advisor to the Office of the Mayor and Executive Committee of the City of Montreal, and as Chief of Staff to the Québec Minister of Transport and Minister Responsible for the Montreal Region. More recently, he was chief of staff for the Deputy Premier and Minister of Economy, Science and Innovation.

Mr. Massé, a lawyer, also holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from École nationale d'administration publique (ENAP).

Philippe Stas
Vice President, Services and Business Operations

Philippe Stas became Vice President, Services and Business Operations at ADM in September 2022. He has been with ADM for almost 6 years and joined the organization after having contributed for about 20 years to the operational excellence of supply chains in world-class organizations such as CAE, Rolls-Royce, Bell Helicopter and Pratt & Whitney.

Philippe Stas holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Management from HEC, a Certificate in Quality Management and Improvement from ÉTS and is currently finalizing a Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Development from HEC.

He has been responsible for ADM's strategic sourcing since his arrival, and is also Chairman of the Board of ECPAR, a non-profit organization whose mission is to help organizations develop their sustainable procurement culture.
