You will find an information counter open 24 hours a day on the departures level near Entrance 4. There is another counter in the international arrivals area, near the exit. Passengers can also use the courtesy phones at various locations in the terminal to call for information. There are also video walls and information terminals in strategic locations.
The mission of ADM’s Airport Patrol is to protect passengers, personnel and facilities. Its members are assigned to a number of specialized teams with responsibilities that include responding to emergencies, enforcing regulations, controlling traffic, detecting explosives, policing restricted areas as well as assisting passengers.
In the event of an emergency at Montréal–Trudeau: press the emergency button located on all public telephones, or dial 514 420-5000, or contact a member of the Airport Patrol or any ADM customer service representative. Whether your concern is a medical emergency, accident, theft, suspicious package or any other unusual situation, do not hesitate to call on us for assistance.
The members of Airport Patrol are all trained as first responders. They are able to intervene quickly and offer advanced first aid. All public phones in the terminal are equipped with an emergency button to make a direct call for assistance.
Travellers can purchase airline tickets at Montréal–Trudeau. The airlines’ ticket counters are located near their check-in counters on the departures level. We recommend calling your airline ahead of time to find out when the counters are open for business.
The travel wholesalers and tour operators counter is on the departures level near Entrance 1. If they wish, passengers can meet their representative there and pick up their travel documents.
