Notice to passengers – WOW Air ceases operations

Icelandic Air carrier WOW Air announced this morning its decision to cease all operations and cancel all flights.

Aéroports de Montréal (ADM) truly regrets the inconvenience that passengers will experience as a result of this decision. Although WOW Air has indicated its intention to provide continuous updates on its Internet Website, ADM offers the following tips to travellers affected by this unfortunate situation:

- If you purchased your tickets through a travel agency or a tour operator, contact them to benefit from the protection of the Compensation Fund for Customers of Travel Agents;

- If you purchased your tickets online, contact your credit card company to inquire about their refund policy.
