YUL has been designated by the Government of Canada as one of four Canadian airports authorized to receive aircraft from overseas.  In order to serve passengers, some stores and restaurants remain open and operate on modified schedules. Due to the decrease in passenger volumes, please note that many of them are temporarily closed.

While it is still recommended by both federal and provincial authorities to avoid non-essential travel outside the country until further notice, there is certainly a little more activity in Canadian airports as the holiday season approaches.

ADM Aéroports de Montréal therefore wishes to reiterate the measures in place that must be respected by any passenger deciding to leave or return to the country.

ADM Aéroports de Montréal and Biron Health Group Inc. are launching a pilot project to test a new rapid screening process for COVID-19 on departures from YUL Montréal-Trudeau International Airport to destinations requiring a negative result medical certificate for admission to their territory. These antigenic tests will make it possible to perform certified and rapid tests within 15 minutes.

ADM Aéroports de Montréal today announced its consolidated operating results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2020. These results are accompanied by passenger traffic data from YUL, Montréal-Trudeau International Airport.

Faced with a significant decrease in its passenger traffic and associated revenues, ADM Aéroports de Montréal, like other Canadian airport authorities, has been compelled to announce an increase in the airport improvement fees (AIF) charged to departing passengers at YUL Montréal-Trudeau Airport.

YUL Montreal-Trudeau International Airport, operated by ADM Aéroports de Montréal, becomes the third airport in North America to be accredited under the Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Health Accreditation program (AHA).
