ADM announces its financial results at December 31, 2020

ADM Aéroports de Montréal (“ADM”) announced today that it has successfully obtained consent from its bondholders (the “Bondholders”) to temporarily waive certain provisions (the “Proposed Amendments”) under its master trust indenture (the “Indenture”) governing its outstanding series of bonds, including pledged bonds (collectively, the “Bonds”) under the previously announced consent solicitation process (the “Consent Solicitation”).

ADM Aéroports de Montréal (“ADM”) announced today that it has commenced a solicitation process (the “Consent Solicitation”) to obtain consent from its bondholders (the “Bondholders”) to temporarily waive certain provisions (the “Proposed Amendments”) under its master trust indenture (the “Indenture”) governing its outstanding series of bonds, including pledged bonds (collectively, the “Bonds”).

ADM Aéroports de Montréal wishes to reiterate that measures and procedures that must be observed by any passenger deciding to leave or return to the country, although it is still recommended by both federal and provincial authorities to avoid non-essential travel outside the country until further notice.

As the outlook for the resumption of international air travel becomes increasingly bleak and the number of passengers handled at YUL Montréal-Trudeau International Airport continues to plummet, ADM Aéroports de Montréal has had to implement new exceptional measures to ensure the continuation of its operations.
