This first-class Montréal Canadiens-themed dining experience shoots and scores!
Chef David McMillan – Joe Beef, Liverpool House, and a diehard Canadiens fan – sees to it. Tasty, unassuming, and well-made food is his philosophy. Breakfast starts with omelettes, Blueberry pancakes and Fairmont bagels. Appetizers range from Charcuterie or Cheese plates, to Swedish meatballs, Clam chowder and Roasted wings. Mains stoke appetites with Spaghetti and meatballs, Habs smoked meat sausage, Sirloin and frites, and burgers tailored to the tastes of Habs players.
Avenue des Canadiens exudes an upscale club feel. Its ambiance is punctuated with memorabilia. “Hero Walls” display historic photographs honouring players such as Maurice “Rocket” Richard and celebrate the legends of the team. Arrays of flat screens broadcast games as well as Canadiens programming.
Guests can take home a piece of the Canadiens de Montréal experience by choosing exclusive branded retail merchandise or the Canadiens logoed jerseys, hats, shirts, and accessories one finds at Bell Centre.
